2008 was full of events for the kennel. After Uva des Narcisses du Donjon and Ana-Black du Clos des Parrots being both turned into French Champion, the Bellet's went on happily showing their Chows. At the Nationale d'élevage 2008 (French Clubshow) - which is the main Chow event of the year in France - Camelia Black du Clos des Parrots was awarded best Young Chow from black/blue classes.
2008 will probably won't remembered because of shows. The biggest thrill will remain the release of a new book about the Breed. Several pictures of the book written by Dr A Fournier (éd. Artémis) show "du Clos des Parrots" Chows. All the team played the stars at Mrs Danièle Lebrun's house for a day !

2008 features also another little event : On 5th June the first cream was home bred - a bitch - out of N s Ch Pei Fang Creme Noddi x Fr Ch Ana-Black du Clos des Parrots.
There are now five months left to finish 2008 so let's hope they will be as pleasant as the first seven ones for the Bellet's - both two and four legged !
